Hutchison to carry the iPhone in Hong Kong and Macau
Two new countries join the iPhone fever todaya as Hutchison Telecommunications Limited has announced it will carry the iPhone in Hong Kong and Macau.
Like it has been the case for other carrier announcements, no details are provided in the three line press release:
Hutchison Telecommunications Limited today announced that it has signed an agreement with Apple to bring the iPhone to Hong Kong and Macau later this year.
Carriers across the world have been announcing deals with Apple over the distribution of the iphone during the past few weeks. The only major countries remaining in which Apple hasn't yet a carrier deal are Japan and China.
